• Free Plan: We offer a limited free tier allowing users to humanize a maximum of 1,000 words per month.
• Premium Plans: Paid subscriptions offer higher word limits, advanced engine access, and priority processing.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using Humanizer.gg to process, generate, or obfuscate content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities.
• Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening.
• Intended to deceive academic institutions, employers, or regulatory bodies in a manner that violates their respective codes of conduct or honor codes.
• In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark infringement.

Academic Integrity: Humanizer.gg does not endorse or encourage academic misconduct. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with the academic policies, plagiarism guidelines, and ethical standards of their respective institutions.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. Billing and Subscriptions

If you choose to upgrade to a premium plan, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

In no event shall Humanizer.gg, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Failing to bypass specific AI detection algorithms, as detection technologies constantly evolve and results cannot be absolutely guaranteed in perpetuity.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
