Understanding your account quotas is crucial to managing your content pipeline. Here is how word counts, billing cycles, and plan upgrades are processed.

1. When do word quotas reset?

Your monthly word quota resets exactly on the renewal date of your subscription. For example, if you subscribed on the 12th of October, your next reset will happen on the 12th of November.

2. Pro-rata Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the remaining value of your current cycle is automatically credited toward the price of your new plan. Your word count is immediately updated to the new limit.
